Carone Scott

I am a lifelong yoga student. I spent 15 years on the mat before teaching. It’s been 14 years teaching since then; it is my life path and devotion. Along the way I have collected certifications in Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Partner Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I also participate in and lead workshops and international retreats. Over time in the practice, I’ve had personal evolution in learning how to be a human being over the crazed white-knuckled doing grip my life once was. My college degrees are: BSN, BA in Editorial Journalism, MS in Holistic Health and Nutrition. 

Beyond all that, I love learning, creating, being in nature, and connecting with others through the lens of LOVE and YOGA practice.  And I love and adore my bodhisatvas - TAJ, Pema, and Xena!
