Roberta Whitney Hughes
Roberta Whitney Hughes is dedicated to helping people unlock their ability to achieve their health and wellness goals, live without pain, reduce the impact of stress, and obtain their highest quality of life. She believes that a combination of Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation are the pillars to living a healthy life and transforming a person’s relationship to stress.
Roberta has been practicing yoga since 1992 and teaching yoga since 1998. She has a 200hr RYT from Santa Barbara Yoga Center, a 200hr RYT in Yin Yoga from Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley, and she also holds certifications in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra and Trauma Recovery Training. Roberta has been practicing and teaching Pilates since 2010 and centers her focus on cueing to encourage proper form and body alignment. Roberta writes and records guided meditations and is able to customize each script to meet the needs of the audience. Roberta’s favorite thing to hear from a student is how they feel better, sleep better, and experience less physical pain in their body.
