This is an all level and beginner minded yin class with a steady and slow pace.
A gentle practice designed to foster self-awareness, relaxation, and empowerment.
This class incorporates long-held poses and mindfulness techniques to create a safe and supportive space for exploring movement, body sensations, and emotional healing. The focus on stillness and breath awareness may help calm the nervous system and promote resilience.
Key benefits:
Creates a safe space: A welcoming and non-judgmental environment where you can feel supported and secure.
Trains interoception: Develops a deeper sense of self and body awareness.
Grounding and regulation: Helps calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
Empowerment and choice: Fosters a sense of agency and promotes emotional control.
Promotes health and well-being: Improves joint and fascial health, and reduces anxiety.
Somatic practice: Reconnects with the body and learns to safely navigate discomfort.
