One of the six branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong is often called ‘moving meditation’ or ‘Chinese Yoga.’ Qi means energy/ life force, and Gong means practice/ cultivation. Qigong practitioners learn how to cultivate their life force, and you are most welcome to join in! For both new or more experienced practitioner, this class offers the foundational building blocks to explore the essence to rejuvenate.
Based on the renowned in-depth knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this class combines traditional Qigong series with traditional and modern breathing techniques. It enhances mental clarity and focus, fluidity and strength, stress reduction, and increased balance.
