In this intermediate vinyasa style yoga, begin seated with a deep exhale and shift your attention inward and chant the Gayatri Mantra. After which we dive into this conversation between front body and back body.

It's truly amazing to witness all the communication and flow that can open up when we immerse ourselves in a steady rhthmic mindful flow. Spinal intelligence is the body’s innate ability to sense, respond, and move from the core of our being—through the spine—where the subtle pulse of life, or spanda, lives. In yoga, this means moving from the inside out, attuning to the sacred rhythm of breath, sensation, and energy flowing through the spine.
